  4. Pat Dry: Remember to pat your skin dry; do not rub it.
  5. Moisturize: Moisturize regularly to keep your skin soft and hydrated.
  6. Avoid Exercise: For at least the first 24 hours, stay away from exerting yourself in a way that will cause you to sweat.
